Create an energy field so the affected allies feel less pain and increase All Skill Damage and accelerate All Skill Cooldown. (Can be used in midair) DP Skill Recovery - Recover 40 DP when using skills - DP is not recovered while Dynamo Configuration Mode (Awakening) is activated. Over Treatment - Allies that received a buff effect will receive 1 Over Treatment debuff stack. - The stack can only be removed by Immunity Skill.
