05/25 ~ 05/26 Patch
The "Deals continuous damage by n% of damage dealt for 3 sec." socket is modified to disappear when Obezaar's phase switches.
In Pruinaum Challenge Mode, the absolute maximum duration of Freeze/Petrify has been reduced to 15 seconds. The event of maintaining this status ailment for a very long time is fixed.
A number of characters has access to various Elemental Resistance reduction skills and other effects, such as Debuff Duration Increase on the skill Merciless Revenge from Raven's 4th path. As a result of adventurers contacting us through the customer service, explaining that bosses are being frozen for extraordinarily long times, it was identified as an actual problem. When the 8-man raid was added, this issue was not taken into consideration. Since all 8 people can debuff the boss at once, the amount of Elemental Resistance effects was getting too high, and caused the bosses to be disabled for too long.
Because the current situation doesn't match the developers' intent, we'll try to fix it by limiting the maximum duration of disabling status ailments to 15 seconds.
However, this change only applies to dungeons with 8 players on the same map. We apologize for any inconvenience to adventurers who play the Challenge Mode.
In addition, we're reviewing boss monster pattern in Challenge Mode to roll out improvements. We will guide you through them as soon as possible.
06/01 Patch
Through a maintenance on 05/12 (Fri), the problem of not receiving extra EXP/ED depending on representative stats of the LuCiel character got fixed.
However, adventurers had reported that the Item Drop Rate socket also used to not work properly.
In the process of verification, the possibility was incorrectly omitted in the notice. Although it was not intentional, when the ED/EXP bug on LuCiel got fixed, Item Drop Rate sockets were included in it and now they are working normally.
The problem was fixed, but the compensation was not paid.
Because of the difficult nature of the problem, we cannot refund the items omitted from drop lists directly, because it's impossible to determine. We're asking for your understanding.
Instead, we will be refunding it via the same amount of ED as previously. You will be receiving it during the maintenance on 06/08 (Thu).
Once again, we apologize to LuCiel players.
