Developer Notes
An offline event will be held at the Nexon Korea headquarters in Pangyo.
The participants were randomly selected.
During the event, adventurers can take part in various mini games and photo zones.
Other players might be curious about their details, so we will proceed with guidance.
There are about 80 adventurers.
Their average Combat Power is 12,158,892 (between 1 million and 20 million).
And the average El Resonance is 428 (between 100 and 632).
Lithia's 4th path, that many adventurers are waiting for, is being released in this patch.
Also, Life Content UI will be reorganized.

New character - Lithia's 4th Path
Destroy the enemy with magical tricks that utilize and develop demon magic.
Lithia's fourth path, which involves brutal punishment, has been added.

Life Content UI Revamp & El House Improvements
During the maintenance, Life Content UI will be revamped to match the new UI design, which includes the Pet Expedition and Fishing windows.
Improved so that 3rd job wooden picture frame can be crafted for each character at NPC Ariel.

Duration: May 23 ~ June 20
Target: Character Lv. 99 (per account)
Details: During the event period, clear various missions at the top of the screen to obtain rewards, which include [Luriel] Elrios Chick avatars.
Lithia's Performance Preparation
Duration: May 23 ~ June 5
Target: Lithia Character Lv. 1 or higher (per account)
Details: During the event period, log in as Lithia and complete various quests at the top of the screen to obtain rewards including [Luriel] Mischief Dice.

Fixed Queen's Call effect not applying when using basic Space Wrench while Oberon was summoned.
Fixed Queen's Authority summon skill damage increase being displayed differently specifically at level 3.
Prime Operator - an issue where the defense reduction of [Enhanced] KS-83 was not removed is fixed.
Tempest Burster:
An issue where Awakened Will: Storm Trooper ally buff did not apply properly in certain situations is fixed.
Removed Special Active Skill MP Cost Decrease from Awakened Will: Storm Trooper buff tooltip.
Fixed Flame Strike not triggering the Shear Plate passive cooldown decrease effect.
Opferung - an issue where the number of Wegnahme (Physical) hits was not being applied properly when using Wegnahme is fixed.
Dungeon / PvP / Field
Twisted Time and Space - Fahrmann's Peak - fixed obtaining F rank regardless of contribution in a specific situation.
The issue where Confusion debuffs (keys reversed) also apply to title switch in dungeons is fixed.
The issue where HP is recovered even when character is declared dead in dungeons is fixed.
The Great Steel Wall Phase 3 - fixed not returning to the front after being intermittently sent to the back for some characters.
Pet / Mount
The issue where pet passive skill effects were displayed in character detailed stats (combat) is fixed.
Other
Fixed an issue where a forced exit message was displayed in certain situations when leaving a dungeon due to leaving the party.
Fixed an issue where the membership acceptance pop-up window did not disappear immediately when requesting a party through the guild UI for a character already in a party.
Fixed an issue where the shield creation socket option for Tenebrous equipment was activated in the guild minigame under certain circumstances.
Fixed the issue where the buttons in the dungeon results window did not work when opening an additional inventory pop-up window in a dungeon.
Fixed an issue where the effect was displayed repeatedly when equipping an item by dragging in the fishing UI.
The maximum number of character slot expansions has been increased so that even adventurers with maximum character slots can experience the Lithia 4th Path. (Max 139 > Max 140)
Fixed the issue where the quest attention effect was displayed in the wrong location while talking to an NPC.
Fixed an issue where the bottom accessory being worn was not exposed when customizing a sit motion in certain situations.

The average Combat Power being 12,158,892 what are they smoking. My Combat Power is barely a little over 3,500,000. How is 12,158,892 the average?
Keep in mind that this is about randomly selected 80 players. Not the whole Korean Elsword population. Also, you're on a different server, and that's not how average works. If one person's CP is below average, it doesn't mean that it's rigged or something... I'm sure the average for NA/INT is like 5m though.
Well, most of my friends and I are at 10-12m so... Early game doesn't count to the average of the game bcz there's not a lot of new players i'd say
How do you even break 3M CP barrier? I don't think replacing the free +10 Amethystine with +9 Tenebrous can give you that much CP. And reaching +11 VoS take too long as F2p they might just quit the game. Getting +11 across all boards is a pipe dream if you don't spend
I am using a +10 Amethystince, 5 Raid accessories, 5 piece of Horde of Darkness that I bought off the market board, +11 VoS that I recently got with stage 2 unlocked, 3 Master Road accessories, Agate Fragment, Chess-Arena Weapon and the Chess-Arena Top Accessory.
My ERP have max All Skill Damage and max Polarize.
My Magic Stone slots are mostly Critical and Maximize at 6%(12% on weapon) with 2 Ignore Magic Defense.
My Title is Survival of the Cold as well.
With all that my Combat Power went a little over 3,500,000 and that is from saving lots of ED over the years, events, anniversary events, some luck and being too stubborn to quit as a F2P.
Looks like keep pushing for +11 VoS is the way to go huh. Thank you for making the time to reply
I play f2p since forever tho? I'm at 11m smth The thing is, if u don't have time or u don't wanna put in time ur not gonna progress. There's a lot that can be done to increase cp so u'll be able to at least run abyss or berthe with a sup job. Critical, enhancement levels, artifacts, visuals. And seems like nobody understands that from one weap to another the CP burst is on another level. I got 6m with FoJ, skipped VoS and am at 11m now Sure the game got problems and KOG is a lil bitch, but all new players or midgamers do most of the time is cry about grinding on a MMO RPG or how this item they really need is expensive and they don't have time to play. there's no middle ground it's always up to KOG to make things easier for them, never about how the game is indeed time consuming. But oh well, I can see for myself that INT/EU playerbase is mostly at 7-11m cp so I agree with their statistics
With the "Average CP 12,158,892 " players, no wonder why Nexon/KOG promotes paywalls. (Also i know there are more free stuff in KR). There is no much update, just offline events and returning costumes for their living wallets
