Cobo's Adventurer Support Event (Oct 9 ~ Oct 23)
Fishing Event - obtain Shiny Fish Bait and Unusual Fishing Rod if you stay online for at least 10 minutes. With this equipment, you can catch special fish that grant Resonance EXP.
Adventure Token Event - clear weekly quest to obtain Adventure Tokens exchangeable for rewards such as Abyss Mystic Stones, Phoru's Foot Stamp Selective Cube, or Dungeon Entry Ticket Selective Cube.

+5% damage when attacking an enemy with over 50% HP
+5% damage when attacking an enemy with less than 50% HP
+5% damage when attacking enemies with less than 100% HP
for the third one i can see something like not jumping to immediately using a burst damage thing right off the bat, but the other two seem to be kind of a… roundabout? convoluted? offhand? way of having 5% more damage all the time. is it a thing where if a hit somehow lands at a point where an enemy is exactly at 50% of their health, then only the <100%hp condition will apply? i suppose those times where hp gates are at that 50% point that they might come into play and then its something like the 3rd condition for a second time in the fight, then the first hit of the first half will have more damage buffs behind it than the first hit of the second half.
is that what’s going on, or is there some quirk of the damage calc code going on that they can’t be condensed into a single condition, or am i missing the logic behind these?
‘k, i just checked and the last few ibs had <100%hp conditions on them, back up until bloody nightmare and tourbillon assemble which had one 50%hp condition each (opposites of each other’s), so apparently the 50%hp at both > and < along with the <100%hp all at once on this one might be the new thing that’s its gimmick.
… i don’t keep up with ib stats shenanigans because i neither gamble nor economy for that kind of thing.
< is actually <= so nope. They did this to increase efficiency of damage increase, since different HP thresholds contribute to different multipliers.
ah, so it’s supposed to be “more/less than or equal to”, like ≥ or ≤ ?

oh, their assumption, alright.
as for testing it… well someone will have to make me into a KR citizen with a KR phone # and gift the ice burners or the already acquired equipment. otherwise, pass, and i recommend doing other things with that money.
These stats are literally on regional accessories like Code of Honor, other IBs already released (including <100%), titles…
The Date on the main title are a bit confusing. it says “09/10 Patch Notes - New Ice Burner” when it should be “10/9 Patch Notes - New Ice Burner” 9/10 makes me think of Sep 10th instead of Oct 9th.
It’s straight from the KR site so they use DD/MM/YYYY format instead of MM/DD/YYYY format that USA use. So, yes. It’s already correct.
