Over Treatment - Allies that received a buff effect will receive 1 Over Treatment debuff stack. - The stack can only be removed by Immunity Skill. Requires 1 El's Essence (Item) - Uses 1 when Hyperactive Skill is used. (Unable to use without it) - Right-click on identified El Shards to obtain El's Essence. Final Enhanced Skill - Damage increased by 1.2 times. (Sockets do not apply to Hyperactive skills unless they are [Hyperactive Damage Increase] sockets)
