Increases the range of certain Electron/Beam commands and activates Spectrum Mode to allow
use of Force Field.

- Use El Crystal Spectrum skill key to switch.
- Electron/Beam attacks are divided into 3.
When Force Field is activated, Special Active Cooldown is decreased.

[Dungeon] Command Range Increase: 50% Special Active Cooldown decreased when Force Field is active: 10% [PvP] Command Range Increase: 50% Special Active Cooldown decreased when Force Field is active: 5%
