Here is a brief rundown on what was talked about at the conference this year.
The event was not streamed online, but players who attended the event in person noted some things down.
As a reminder, the QnA and Summer Update Announcement posts were also updated here to reflect the current situation and to prevent confusion. Please check them at your own discretion.

Conference Summary
There will be more separations of items and synergy between physical and magical. Tourbillon rings are only the beginning.
Won't sell class promo avatars in the Item Mall. You can get them through the Betty Shop and Anniversaries.
They won't provide a preview when a skill is renewed, because it might be constantly changed within the period before release.
Considering El Resonance revamp and increasing normal level cap. Both changes would happen simultaneously.
Resolving the supply issue of Ice Burners within a month or two is unrealistic, so the extra slot update will be excluded indefinitely.
Gate of Darkness buff duration won't be increased.
They didn't know about delays when using aiming skills like Gungnir, Artillery Strike and Harsh Chaser, they don't happen often in Korea. Network issues might appear depending on your connection, so it's hard to do anything about this. They'll think about ways to improve said skills, but it'll be difficult. Players mentioned they should renew these skills, but KoG doesn't want to completely drop aiming skills.
They'll consider adjusting freeze duration and adding more groggy patterns to raid bosses.
Code: Esencia problems with summons still moving due to attacks despite being in maintenance mode (blue V key) were mentioned, but they only treated it as feedback and didn't say if anything is going to change. The same for Nova Imperator's Overheat mechanic being deadly in newly released raids.
Ophelia's Damage Reduction effect was mistakenly changed to only affect physical enemy attacks. They'll change it back.
They can't play classes as extensively as players, but try to understand their nuances.
Not planning to unify debuff removal effects.
They'll review the efficiency of Radiant Soul's healing skill as it seems to be low.
Someone suggested making Celestia's cards prevail when retrying a dungeon, but it was denied.
KoG received vast criticism for the recent Magic Wardrobe ticket event. They wanted to make people keep logging in. They'll try exploring other methods.
Considering adding a ticket that swaps separated Ice Burner accessories from physical to magical and vice versa.
Bluhen has a decent damage structure which other healers don't have. They said it's a balance problem and requires more internal discussion.
Character change tickets were denied again.
They didn't think of displaying debuffs under bosses' HP bars, but forwarded the suggestion.
Enhancement events frequency won't be increased. They also denied improving the limited packages as it would be abusable.
Considering character selection list improvements.
Side content in Elsword is a failure. They'll try to make fun optional content without accidentally making it obligatory.
They won't add continuous ED gain dungeons, but rather dungeons for endgame players that generate ED in an organic way to avoid inflation. Newbies will continue being aided with the EP Shop.
The expectation that new raids must bring a new weapon must be broken. Planning to release continuous raid and challenge content.
Balance issues for classes will be fixed only if they are significant. They plan regular updates after new content release.
The next balance patch will happen some time after the July PvP balance patch.
Master Class quests will not be improved.
They know there's an issue with lack of content and don't want people to spam 16-2. Considering increasing raid rewards once you're 100%.
Celestia's issue with Aquarius prioritizng hosts was brought up. They'll consider increasing the amount of stacks per bubble.
Another issue about Celestia is Horary timing. They responded that Horary is a fun part of Celestia and they aren't improving it because it's designed to be hard to master.
They won't add an overall "Support" badge to the end screen.
Non-character-specific armor would be too easy.
Blessed Time and Space scrolls will be left intact in terms of how many lines they reroll due to their cost. Not planning to remove unfavorable options because that's not how gacha works.
They'll look into adding more achievements.
Understood that some classes still have problems with small/large bossing. Will fix in future balance patches.
Giving less ED and EP for endgame content story quest is intended, you don't need that much at this stage of the game.
They'll consider selling seeds for Guild Coins.
Providing an explanation to every change during a balance patch would be difficult and unrealistic. It would lead to unfair situations where only some classes or changes were to be explained. They will continue providing an overall description about the direction of the balance patch rather than individual explanations.
The division of healers to physical and magical happened due to some characters being favorable in any party. In particular, Radiant Soul skewed the balance. If too many parties request for Overmind and Demersio, they will also be separated.
The new raid titles will be released as account-wide.
The limited access to Abyss Mystic Stones is intentional. Abyss Story Mode was added to increase their supply. No more changes are planned at this time.
They will think about ways how to make gearing healers past the CP requirement more useful.
Denied a suggestion where guild members would receive a buff for playing together. Unfair towards small and solo guilds.
Not planning to improve the double jump ability from synergy.
They won't add weekly quests for Tenebrous Aura once the new region is released, but the new dungeons will have weekly missions.
Thinking about ways to improve +11 acquisition. Not possible to give it out directly through Elrios Pass or Punch Master.
Challenge Mode Annihilator mass soul orb release is causing extreme difficulties when clones are present. Challenge Modes are seen as intentionally hard content, but they will review this issue.
