Developer Notes
In this update, the raid dungeons of Serpentium will be added.
Serpentium Raid can be played at difficulty levels from 1 to 4.
This update adds 3 available difficulties.
The 4th difficulty will be updated in the future.
Serpentium Raid has weekly rewards, as well as rewards from repeatable clears.
Weekly and repeatable rewards are different depending on difficulty, and are based on 3 levels of difficulty.
You can obtain T.E.S. System Chips, System Chip Reset Tickets, Raid Accessories, Type T Circuit Amplifiers, etc.
New Raid - Serpentium
The raid will be initialized at 10:00 AM KST on August 15.
Serpentium Raid - Serpentium Tower / Orchestra Hall
Serpentium Raid consists of 2 dungeons with 2 phases each.

You can play Serpentium Raid at 1 of 4 difficulties for each dungeon. You can only enter Orchestra Hall after clearing Serpentium Tower.
Serpentium Raid provides weekly and repeatable rewards.
Difficulty 4 is currently unavailable. We will provide a notice through a future update.

Ice Burner Revamp
The Ice Burner revamp, pre-announced on August 8, will be released.
This time, overall components will be changed and pull rates for the most important items will be increased.
A system that allows you to obtain a guaranteed Ice Burner avatar / accessory piece through IB Points will be added.
Accordingly, the Ice Burner item price will be adjusted from 900 to 1,500 KRW (+67%).
IB Points
IB Points will be introduced for you to redeem a guaranteed Ice Burner avatar / accessory piece of your choice.
IB Points can be obtained when using Ice Burners. A different amount of IB Points is received depending on the tier of the item pulled.

You can obtain Ice Burner avatars / accessories after reaching 100% IB Points.
IB Points are valid until the end of a season.
Only IB parts of the Ice Burners currently in rotation can be redeemed.
IB Points cannot be obtained through 1+1 package extra Ice Burner items.
After reaching 100% IB Points, you can obtain the desired Ice Burner piece through the [Ice Burner Inventory].
IB Points are account-wide.
Changed components and increased pull rates
Ice Burner Inventory added
Components obtained when burning Ice Burners will be transferred to the [Ice Burner Inventory].
This inventory is shared by all characters on the account.
You cannot put items into this inventory, you can only take them out.
Added more batch sales
For your convenience, Ice Burners can now be bought in batches of 50 and 100.
Exascale Set Effect Revamp
As previously announced in the notice for the maintenance on Thursday, August 8th, we have observed that the conditions to fully benefit from the Exascale Armor set effect, as well as the differences in gameplay patterns among characters, have caused inconvenience in usability and set selection. In consideration of this, we aim to relax the conditions required to activate the effect and mitigate the disadvantages as much as possible. Additionally, to prevent unintended excessive effects from occurring differently from the intended gameplay, certain aspects of the Exascale Armor set effects will be changed.
System Chip Reset Ticket added
This new item allows you to reset the tuning progress of a System Chip, setting it to +0.
It can be obtained through the Serpentium Raid or be purchased via the Item Mall.
*System Chip Reset Ticket can be used up to 3 times per T.E.S. System Chip item.

Target: Character Lv. 99 or higher (per character)
Details: Complete a weekly quest by clearing 5 dungeons in your level range to obtain 1 Raid Support Consumable Cube and 3 Serpentium Recognition Tags to help you play raids.

Aisha - fixed a crash when skills failed to memorize.
Dius Aer - fixed applying Stage 1 Awakening when using forced Awakening while wearing Ring of Fury.
Add - fixed Awakening not activating despite DP being consumed during stage transitions.

Fixed characters passing through walls in Plegas's Reflection when speed was enormous.

14 mil cp for endgame what??? The new raid will push supports to go for +12 if they want to access the new raid and with the current state of game's economy when a piece of IB accessory costs as much as 15 bil (necklace, ring) in NA and will pretty much go higher now that Kog decided to increase the price of IBs, I don't see the future of Elsword going well as Kog became even more money hungry.
The problems are the players. No need to complain. If you want to enjoy the game, no need to pay to win. If you want to get stronger and faster at the same time enjoy tye game, then PAY to WIN!

I'm shocked ngl. I'm playing on EU with Full+12 / Stage 5 & max abyss stones etc etc etc and I've 15.4m CP. What is the freaking plan with that Raid-CPs damn... Exascale needs to ...scale... the CP higher than everything else and needs to throw supports up to 15m too.
That whole CP system transformed to a devils advocate for KOG and now they've to fix it...
not to defend the Devil but in KR before the raid there was people that surpassed the 20kk CP.
if they set the CP requeriment too low, on the long run the raid will fall to be an average dung and not a raid dung

The IB update, exactly like the enhance and PvP updates, is trash and doesn't solve even a little the disgusting problems that there are. KOG really likes to continuously confirm what a trash disgusting company it is
they should restrict pvp for duelist weapon only

XDXDXDDXD MAX .4% for a total of 250 pulls, no fcking way I would spend for 1 pity piece XDXDXD Although it was already expected from KOG and their rat players, now watch the ibs getting expensive and with the same lame chance or even worse.
Ahhh, jokes aside. Its just another pay wall from KOG until they start to nerf the new armor/weps reqs, but if they do that, then it mean there is another paywall... ehem... I mean "amazing region-raid update". I look forward for players quitting again or another protest from KR, and only KR players because NA likes to spend for sht updates
The CP inflation is unreal it puts sonic fandom to shame
Really? A 60% price increase? With abysmal chance still? Also, LMAO at that 4% points increase per 10 IB. I feel like this is just to encourage people to spend more to reach 100% points for that guaranteed expensive pieces to sell
I guess LV 4 are 15Mio CP? It is hard for supporters to reach these. Wait and see how this develops :)
They want you to use exascale before you even attempt
when even specify tene or higher for the new area/raid. you're never hitting those cp levels without it
