The set effect changes for Exascale armors that were announced on September 12 are going live after this maintenance.
To improve the efficiency of Restore (green), 'Bridge' and 'Complete' will also be applied to casters.
In the case of the cooldown reduction of Transcendence slot-imbued skills, we judged that it was causing unintended differences between characters in damage, and it was a problem in terms of balance.
Changed it so skill cooldown reduction does not apply to skills affected by this effect.
The Cycle (blue) set is designed to work in conjunction with Skill Cooldown Reset Chance options from circuits.
However, the mandatory nature of some circuit options and a demerit on this set made it not as good as expected, so we improved the part related to Skill Cooldown Reset Chance, as it is deemed to be the most vital part of the Cycle set effect, opening up more possibilities of including other circuit effects in the build.
'Flow' will be applied at the start of the dungeon without restrictions, and change to 'Resistance' once a skill reset procs.
Also, we removed the demerit effects, and a Skill Cooldown Reset Chance buff will be active with no downtime but with different values.
'Flow' is changed to include 1.2x Special Active Skill Cooldown Acceleration, and 'Resistance' will still increase skill damage.
Finally, we would like to inform you about changes to the 'Oath of Ruin' title.
We've received reports through the customer center and other means that some adventurers maximize their attack power output by switching to this title, activating it and switching it off.
We've confirmed that characters cannot equally benefit from this title due to proc conditions, and each character has different Active skill value. Since it's too difficult to balance well, and switching to this title was not originally intended, the 'Oath of Ruin' buff will disappear when the title is switched off.

Hedgehog Delivery Mission! Event
Period: September 26 ~ October 24
Target: Characters lv. 10 or higher
Details: You can participate in an event dungeon by clicking an icon at the top of the screen. The event can be played with 1 to 4 people. You need to harvest a hedgehog once ordered > process > package > deliver within 2 minutes to obtain 100 points or more. You will be rewarded 5 event materials daily, up to 2 times, and 30 materials weekly.

When the 'Oath of Ruin' title is switched to another title, the 'Oath of Ruin' buff is removed. (Information added to its tooltip.)
Fixed the [Combat/Defensive Power Change] when hovering over items not being calculated properly in certain situations.
If someone leaves the raid party, the raid reward pop-up window will no longer be closed.
Fixed displaying Blacksmith reforge discounts when viewing items at max reforge.
Raid progress should now be immediately reflected in the party information after clearing the dungeon.
Fixed an issue where the BGM in El House would play abnormally.
Corrected an error where Phantom Crest would apply its effects based on the dungeon attribute values in PvP.

Can't guarantee that. The maintenance is over at 5 AM my time (CET). There is not always a timely pre-download - if there's nothing at 1 AM, I'm gonna update it on the next day.

I know its an old title, but kog gatekeeping different builds and nerfing titles which old players acquired after extensive spamming will always be absurd to me. Imagine actually having purpose for the things you farmed. OoR was fun, was also 50/50 to use, you could lose a lot of dps if it didn't activate fast. not cool.
Reaper, OoR, CoC. KoG just can't stop nerfing the once-obsolete titles.
In my opinion still not as good as it should be. (Exascale) Where is the point to ditch Tene for it? :/
reforge 16 exa is already 17% stronger than reforge 21 tene if you weren't forced to do tene to reach the cp level to start farming exa, tene would have no reason to exist
Explaination pls. Exa has the exact same Reforge-Stats & Effects like Tene.
the set effects are absurdly strong
Set effect + amplifier circuits + tuning chips. People already did the calculations, a perfect Exascale is 90% stronger than Tene, most realistically 60-70% when comparing both r21 sets with 7⁄3 chips. Even when comparing realistic idents at r15 to r21 perfect Tene, it’s better. Decently, I might add.
i said, "they are doing way more function-altering adjustments on this new armor set this soon after its release" and it's still going, but at least the changes exist and are actually happening with relatively little delay. they sound goodish, but i can't say for sure cause i ain't in snake land and won't be for a long time.
