I honestly wish they'd put all the costumes (or at least the ones not made specifically for special events) on some kind of rotation, if not just put them in the Item Mall permanently.

That is what they did in the past. I guess up until 2016 or 2017, then they removed all cash sets from the shop

Yeah, I have no idea why they stopped doing that. They would've benefitted a lot more from keeping them up there.
