Character Balance Patch
As previously announced, due to patch contents, all adventurers' skill traits will be reset.
To allow you to try out the new skill traits, [Cobo] Tome of Amnesia will be free at the EP Shop for a limited period.
Other Improvements
In the Adventurer Equipment Report System, both Ring slots will be combined in the ranking.
The Skill Recommendation System will be improved to also show recommended skill trait information for each skill.
Now displays the recommended skill trait instead of the currently equipped one.
When equipping recommended skills, recommended skill traits will not be applied.
Events
Amplification Circuit Event
By completing the Serpentium region dungeon clear quest, you can obtain a [Cobo] Production Line Activation Key.
The obtained Activation Key can be used by entering the Exascale Amplification Circuit production line through the event icon at the top of the game screen.
To produce a circuit, click the "Target Calibration" button and select the part, type, and shape of the circuit you want to produce. Then, consume an Activation Key to instantly produce 10 Amplification Circuits that match the selected target.
From the 10 generated circuits, you can choose and obtain 1 circuit of your choice.
Additionally, by cumulatively consuming Activation Keys, you can obtain various rewards such as T.E.S System Chips and 1% Amplification Circuits, and at each milestone you can select one desired item from the provided reward list.
Double drop rate in the Serpentium region.
New Year's Fortune Cookie Event: stay online for at least 10 minutes to open a fortune cookie and receive a fortune for the year, as well as a New Year's Special Gift.
Double EXP, Double Drop Rate New Year's Event (4x EXP for players below 350 ERP)
NeNe Chicken Collab goods (accessories, avatar, etc. - might be KR only)
Infinite Skill Trait Experience Event: can purchase [Cobo] Tome of Amnesia for 0 EP. Lasts until March 12.
Free Mod (E) and Mod (A) Selection Cubes: stay online for 30 minutes to receive them by mail.
Resonance Moonfish Fishing Event: use special fishing equipment and bait (free from a 10-minute timer) to obtain El Resonance EXP while fishing.
Job Change Opportunity (two periods)
+11 Abyss Weapon Event improvements
After completing the +11 Abyss Weapon quest, you can immediately claim the rewards by pressing the quest completion button.
When logging in on a character who is participating in the +11 Abyss Weapon Event, but not in the 10M CP Growth Event, a pop-up window will appear to inform how to participate in the event.
10M CP Growth Event improvements
When logging in on a character who is participating in the 10M CP Growth Event, but not in the +11 Abyss Weapon Event, a pop-up window will appear to inform how to participate in the event.
[Cobo] Search Party Bonus Package improvements
A list of exchangeable items will be added.
Cash Shop Update
+11 Abyss Weapon Event Points are now sold in batches of 5 as well.

Fixes & Improvements
Code: Ultimate - fixed Atomic Shield buff ending immediately when transitioning to another stage.
Catastrophe - fixed Threat of Terror applying cooldown reduction differently from the tooltip in PvP.
Changed so The Great Steel Wall (Phase 3) will display the HP bar even if not hit.
Fixed an issue where a certain pattern would not start properly when using Elrian Clock in Cornerstone of Prophecy (Phase 2).
If you have not granted any skill traits after reaching Lv. 99, a pop-up notification will appear.
Fixed the Quick Start event UI overlapping with certain UIs (such as the Cobo Express), rendering them unavailable.
Frame rate optimization will be carried out to ensure smooth gameplay.

Does anyone happen to have extracted images for the skill trait icons (both active and inactive)? I tried to find them on the wiki for a personal project, but I couldn’t find them (though admittedly all I did was search for a few file names and pages I thought they’d be under).
Should be in data234. You can extract the images using MuffinMario’s KOMView.
I found buff icons in 234, but not skill traits. I’ll try extracting the other KOMs, though.
Edit: Didn’t realize I can open TGAs in Gimp, my bad.
Edit2: Found them! I had to batch open a bunch of TGAs to find them, though, since they had no preview icons.
Yeah, it’s a pain. I recommend IrfanView to view them, and SageThumbs to be able to preview them in Windows Explorer.

Edit: Actually, I just realized, the skill trait icons are so small that I’d probably have to open the files just to find them anyway.

understandable actually. was ‘bouta question why go for 0ep anything in the ep shop when making it 1-100 ed in ariel’s normal shop would at least be a non-0 item that doesn’t take up sales slots in other shops.
but admittedly i don’t know and can’t assert any other alternatives for how this could be handled.
i have like… a lot of the luriel tomes because of mass temp char slot farming tho. wish more things were sellable, cause i can literally give stuff away.

black and grey color scheme
i think it doesn’t look bad, but this defo makes it clear why more vibrant reds more often go with black and much darker greys. just feels a little off to me with less dark greys.

Tried looking at that same video, but I can’t really understand it. Can you explain how the new Prof. Pho thing works?
The same as before. Just more organized (eg. instead of “Guide 2 Lesson 2”, it specifically says “Heroic Dungeon”), slightly different quests, and more meaningful rewards / less fodder. No milestone rewards, everything comes from the quests. Plus the instant teleport buttons and ERP farm dungeon recommendation.

i can’t actually read korean, i just saw them going through the list of stuff upwards. i noticed that the stuff in the list was vaguely related to each other, and then when the VoS weapon box was highlighted i saw a description-bubble thing that was tied to it that had a “10” in it and assumed from there.
